The age of AI where the importance of momentum is increasing—After the gap in intelligence is eliminated by AI, what remains in the end
This article examines what makes the difference in the age of AI.
To put it in a nutshell, in terms of thinking and creative abilities, there’s no longer any difference between the “head” and the “body.”
Finally, what makes the difference is how you move—in other words, your ability to act.
And that drive can be unleashed through logic rather than by grit.
Thinking ability, creative ability, and action ability. When you list the abilities of people, these are usually the ones that come to mind.
Up until now, no matter what I polished, it became a weapon. But now, it's clearly starting to lose its balance.
- In the head part, the difference will no longer be noticeable.
- The final difference remaining is how agile you are.
- Basically, it's the era when companies take everything.
- The gaps begin to fill as soon as they are found.
- Now is the final turning point.
- The momentum can be released through logic.

- How to turn the benefits of ecosystems destroyed by AI to the side of those who benefit from them—and how to leave the other half behind
- The era in which AI will make individuals the most powerful—the reason we stopped looking for abilities that can't be matched by AI
In the head part, the difference will no longer be noticeable.
Think of plans. Come up with ideas. Form a well-thought-out strategy. In the past, there was a difference in people’s abilities. Smart people and those with abundant ideas were able to get by just by that.
Nowadays, if you ask an AI, it returns dozens of answers in just a few seconds. And the quality is quite high. No matter who asks, you usually get answers of the same level.
What everyone can have is not going to make a difference. It doesn’t mean that you don’t need thinking ability or creative thinking. However, that alone won’t be enough to differentiate yourself. The brain-related aspects are rapidly becoming more similar.
The final difference remaining is how agile you are.
So, what remains? How to move.
What is in our mind will not descend even an inch into the real dimension unless it moves. The real dimension is the side of reality that can be seen and touched. No matter how beautiful the idea is, it is almost the same as non-existence unless it lands there.
Even if there are a hundred people who receive the same proposal from AI, probably only one or two will actually take action. The value of that one or two people rises relatively significantly when the quality of the proposal is on par. This is what it means to say that the importance of action-taking is maximized.
Basically, it's the era when companies take everything.
It’s better not to be too glib here. Basically, the era will come when companies with resources and human resources will take it all.
AI is an amplifier. The more capital, people, and information you have, the larger the amount of amplification becomes. The larger something is, the more it becomes structured to amplify itself even further.
I once wrote that the era in which individuals can grow the most is the one in which they are most vulnerable. And yet, it doesn’t contradict that. The overall focus shifts to the companies. On top of that, the only way for individuals to get involved is through loopholes.
The gaps begin to fill as soon as they are found.
Of course, there are gaps in every era. The problem is that the speed at which those gaps are found skyrockets.
Anyone using the same AI has almost simultaneously found the same gaps that I have found. Large companies have also found them. What used to take years now takes place in months or weeks.
So saying "think about it some more" means the same thing as saying "don't do it just yet." The only ones who can make room are the people who found it. Only those who found it and acted first can do that.
Now is the final turning point.
Whether it moves now or not. I think this is an important turning point.
Only during this transitional period before the structure hardens, will there be a gap for individuals to enter. Once the full-take structure is complete, it becomes extremely difficult to enter through that gap.
The difference between those who moved and those who did not will widen inexorably from year to year.
The momentum can be released through logic.
Some people might have read this far and thought, "I don't have the willpower to do anything about it."
Motivation is not rooted in personality or perseverance. Most people are unable to move because they see the cost of moving as too high and do not see the cost of remaining still. It’s not a lack of ability; it’s just that the assumptions in the calculation are wrong.
Nowadays, the cost of trying something out is extremely low. Just as someone who can’t write code can create an app every day, there are countless things that can be put into shape in just a day. The cost of trying out is decreasing, and the cost of not moving forward is increasing. By putting these two things side by side, the reasons for not moving forward logically disappear.
Therefore, there is no need to motivate yourself with enthusiasm. Use logic to unleash your drive. Simply remove the assumptions that have kept you locked in.
Right now, I want you to think about one thing that you are currently stopping from doing.
Let's take just one step towards that today. The turning point is probably in that small of a form.
