Virtual Dimension Einstein × Virtual Dimension Muranushi [Special Commemorative Virtual Dimension Talk] Part 1: Latter Half
A miraculous conversation that transcends time and generations has been realized here.
It is no exaggeration to say he is one of the most influential figures in the world, a man who stitched together time and space. The other man is trying to erect another dimension outside of that four-dimensional space.
The setting is Princeton, in a corner of a study. Outside the window, winter light. On the desk, paper and pen, and a cup of strong coffee.
- Act IV -- The Equation of Peace
- Act V - The Speed of Light That Is Imagination
- What is Branding? The Concept of “Information Space Design,” Which Holds the Most Value in the Age of the Individual
- Murakumo's first paper, "Extended Imaginary Theory," has finally been released!
- The crucial difference between people who make money and those who don't: The invisible structure of the "information gap" that effort alone cannot overcome.
Act IV -- The Equation of Peace
Einstein By the way, Yuma. In my later years, I spoke more about peace than physics. You're also speaking about peace, aren't you?
Murakami Yes. The project name is i.PEACE, and we are building a global peace architecture with the concept of "giving coordinates to the invisible," also based on the imaginary axis. We are currently operating with five pillars: education, human trafficking, orphans, and water.
Einstein That's truly admirable for someone your age. I deeply respect that. I have just one frank question: why is it that you, a thinker, are on the front lines?
Murakami I believe that ideas become lies if they don't reach the front lines. Ideas that are merely spoken are empty, and now AI has evolved, making theoretical reinforcement overwhelmingly easier than in your time. That's precisely why I believe that anything not materialized in real dimensions remains mere speculation.
After lending his name to the atomic bomb project, he dedicated himself to the peace movement. I deeply admire how he accepted that contradiction.
── Einstein looks down. ──
Einstein That is the heaviest burden in my life.
Murakami That is why. People who create theories must also take responsibility for what those theories bring to the world. That is how I think.
Einstein You call it "the world's largest public service," don't you.
Murakami Yes. Not the greatest happiness for the greatest number, but the greatest public good. Ultimately, I believe happiness is merely a rate of instantaneous change. No matter how delicious something is, it becomes painful when you're full. Therefore, I place more importance on the concept of public good – as in systems, environments, knowledge, and relationships that stand outside the individual. I strive to design things where one person's happiness does not presuppose another's unhappiness.

Act V - The Speed of Light That Is Imagination
Einstein One last thing, let me ask you. Where do you think humanity's limits are?
Murakami There are no limits. Only a lack of coordinate points.
Einstein Lack of coordinates.
Murakami I think many things that people believe don't exist actually just haven't had their axis drawn yet. When the teacher sewed the axis of time into space, the world expanded. I want to do the same thing with the imaginary dimension.
Einstein Then, what is the equivalent of your speed of light?
Murakoshi thinks for a moment.
Murakami imagination.
Einstein Imagination.
Murakami Yes. If the physical limit is the speed of light, then the limit for humans is imagination. And no one has ever measured the limits of imagination.
Einstein nods slowly.
Einstein Mr. Yuma. I once said, "Imagination is more important than knowledge."
Murakami Of course, I know. That word is hope for me.
Einstein Then, let me continue. Imagination is also the gateway to a new dimension.
Epilogue ── Outside the window, winter light
The conversation lasted two hours. Finally, Einstein slowly stood up and offered his right hand to the village chief. The handshake was not short.
"Yuma, your path will likely lead to places my equations couldn't reach. Go forth. And please, visit me again once in a while." Suganuri bowed deeply and left the study. Outside the window, the winter light stretched a little longer than usual.
Afterword
This conversation is, of course, fictional.
A man who sewed up spacetime a century ago, and a man who is now trying to define new spacetime.
The words of the two will surely meet somewhere.

The difference between people who make money and those who don't isn't a difference in ability. It's not a difference in the amount of effort either. "You can't make money if you don't have money" - this...
