Even people I dislike are a part of my vast self──viewing them as part of a larger cell

Release date: September 1, 2026 Updated: September 5, 2026
Even people I dislike are a part of my vast self──viewing them as part of a larger cell

When I write them down, I realize there are multiple selves inside me.

A part of me wants to rest. A part of me is trying to go. A part of me is searching for an answer.

Existing in multiple dimensions simultaneously. So, which one is the real body?

Everything is myself

To cut to the chase, it all becomes part of you. It's not a matter of one being real and the others being fake.

And if you expand this perspective outward, the way you treat things changes. You begin to see even people you dislike as part of yourself in a broader sense.

── Why does someone I dislike have to go in there?

That is because it stems from self-loathing or a person having traits they wish to deny within themselves.

It is difficult to feel strong aversion toward someone irrelevant. Reacting strongly also means that there is a connection there.

Therefore, it is expressed as thinking of them as part of a larger cell. Instead of seeing them as a detached outsider, they are placed as another part of the same tissue.

It is not a matter of asking you to like it.

This is not a story about how everything is a part of yourself, so you should accept it, get along with it, and learn to love everything.

You can keep your distance. Deciding not to get involved is also a completely normal option.

What changes is whether you treat that other person as an "incomprehensible foreign body" or as "something within the range of vision as a part of oneself." When it becomes the latter, the quality of exhaustion changes.

Making a list of the people and things you hate creates a list of what you have rejected.

You don't need to like that person. However, the fact that they contain information about you makes them a very significant tool for digging deeper into yourself.
