Is meditation truly life-changing? A challenge.
Finally, the 15 sessions of Lambda Meditation have concluded. Suguri, who proclaims 40 years of meditation experience, has delved into his unique method, solely within his own world. Of course, he has also studied various meditation lineages in places like India, Thailand, and Nepal, and precisely because of that, he is convinced of its clear difference. This is a grand challenge to evolve meditation, one of humanity's great inventions that has continued for thousands, even tens of thousands, of years, for the modern era. And a new challenge: to expand one's perspective through meditation.
Looking at the table of contents, it's filled with names like Meditation Basics, Dimensionality Basics, Differential Meditation, Presence Meditation, Virtual Dimension Meditation, Virtual Time Meditation, Virtual Dimension Inversion, and Multidimensional Meditation. The names are so daunting, I'd suspect they were developed to completely reject newcomers at first glance. I can only imagine the parents who would allow their child to embark on such a path. The intense barrage of kanji makes the table of contents look like a religious chant.
There's no right way to use your life, but the attitude was the same.
The heartbreaking preciousness of continually facing oneself
Still, over 150 people leaped over that big hurdle and reached out to me.
I want to change myself with something. I want to know the structure of this world. I want to believe in my own potential completely. I want to truly meet myself. I want to love myself from the bottom of my heart. I want to thoroughly explore the depths of humanity.
How one lives their life is up to each individual. Everything holds value, everything is a mystery, and everything is precious. There can be no right answer in such matters. Yet, the attitude one takes towards it, the love, the sincerity—it's strange how you can feel the same things from those desires.
How far can we go in this short span of life? What will we deepen, what will we question, what will we give up, and what will we realize?
This program was meant to pass a "map."
Starting to walk without a guide—that's the path ahead.
This program was about giving you all "a map."
I had you learn about the structure of thought, know the multiplicity of concepts, and touch upon the fluctuations of non-existence.
So, what does it mean that this program has ended?
This means everyone who gets a map starts walking the land without a guide.
Continuing to raise the resolution of places that only have outlines, one by one, to complete my own true map—that's what the days ahead will be like.
Meditation is an expansion of perspective.
MeditationChanging the coordinate axes means broadening your perspective.
What distinguishes meditation from any other meditation is that its purpose is the "expansion" of perspective, not "healing."
General meditation reduces stress, calms the mind, and brings peace to the present self. It is a three-dimensional optimization.
Meditation is not optimization, but an expansion of the dimension of concepts itself. It is not comfort, but a rewriting of the coordinate system. That is the perspective. Therefore, the feeling after it is not "I feel relaxed." It is "The world looks different."
